Palmer Law has experience fighting the suspension of driving privileges in Oklahoma.

A driver’s license administrative hearing, also called an Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing, is a separate process from criminal court to challenge the suspension or revocation of your driving privileges by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS). The results of an ALR can be appealed to the district court within 30 days.

These hearings are common after a DUI/DWI arrest when you refuse a breathalyzer or if your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) is allegedly too high, and you must request the hearing within 15 days of your arrest to dispute the suspension. It’s very important to act quickly or you will lose your right to appeal the suspension of your driving privileges.
